We are currently shortlisting candidates for immediate interview within a major contracting organisation based in Kent. Due to rapid expansion in the organisation they require an experienced talent manager to gain management ‘buy in’ and implement process for talent management initiates. Working with senior management you will be required to utilise IT systems to develop internal and external talent pools in order to drive the talent strategy in the UK and internationally.
You will have experience in developing and implementing talent management and succession planning initiatives ideally from automotive, construction or a MNC background, be a strong communicator and excellent at building relationships.
