Huxley Associates are a leading specialist within the HR, Accountancy and ICT Markets. We are currently now shortlisting candidates for immediate interview for a training administrator position within a financial services organisation in their London offices. As part of a strategic focus on employee development, they require a training administrator to support the Head of Training in running training and development programmes within the organisation. This will include co-ordinating training programmes, liasing between internal stakeholders, project management and aspects of delivery.The relevant candidate must have experience working within the Financial Services sector in the learning and development function. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be enthusiastic about training and personal development.
