The successful candidate will provide a thorough strategic outline within assessment and psychology for the UK moving forward within the Occupational Psychology field and the Resourcing & Development function.The successful candidate will build relationship on a senior level to promote the function, ensuring a thorough understanding from the business and creating a long terms relationship within a highly complex organisation.
The role will expect the candidate to lead and manage across the function on levels of organisation design, continuous improvement, mergers & acquisitions and internal retention & development effectiveness.Furthermore, there will be expectations to coach and train others in technical aspects of occupational psychology work.
Our client are looking for a highly skilled intelligent consultant to manage lead and develop the organisational development function within the business:
• Project management exposure
• Chartered occupational psychologist
• Strong stakeholder management exposure and proven track record of achievements within current role.
• Strong exposure to working as the lead consultant, proving strategic input and manage the organisational development function across the business
•Providing individual performance coaching to Line and Senior Management, focusing on enhancing self-awareness and self-motivation for performance improvement.
• Conducting individual assessments on mid level manager, Chief Executive Officer and partner level
