Our public sector client have a position which has arisen for a Director of Organisational Development.
Providing support services to people up and down the country, this really is an opportunity for someone to make a real difference.
This position requires an individual with a consistently proven track record at a senior level having led and managed people. You will be highly experienced and conversant in Talent, Change Management, Organisational Design, Evaluation, Delivery of Change and the Management and staff development to achieve corporate goals.
