As Head of Learning & Development you will enjoy an autonomous role to develop and drive the L&D strategy across the business. Managing a small team you will focus on all learning & development initiatives, post induction through to management development and coaching. Key areas of focus will be: 1. To provide strategic direction on all key L&D activities to help the business achieve its short, medium and long-term objectives 2. Develop and deliver commercially aligned training solutions 3. To help develop a customer orientated, yet results driven, environment 4. To design and implement a talent management strategy 5. To devise effective succession planning and career development initiatives 6. To review and manage external suppliers The successful candidate will be a highly driven, articulate and commercially driven individual. You will have proven experience of managing a learning & development agenda and be able to effectively influence at a senior management level. A strong track record in talent management and management development is vital and experience within an entrepreneurial, growing business is highly advantageous.
