HR Staff Search is currently seeking a Learning and Development professional to join their clients team based in Cheshire. With easy access from the M56 and the M6, they have recently moved into new premises. As part of their expansion plans, they are now looking for someone to establish and grow their Learning and Development function. Working closely with senior management, you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of induction and personal development training to all employees, as well as coaching managerial levels on a one-to-one basis.
