A position has arisen for a Learning and Development Manager to be based in Manchester. Answering directly into the Head of HR this is a position which is directly responsible for the Learning and Development strategy moving forward.
Implementation of National Training Programmes, from Management Development, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
Work with internal clients to identify and prioritise training and one the job performance requirements.
Development of forecasting Training Needs Analysis.
Training Needs and Job Analysis.
Facilitate the facilitation of train the trainer activities.
Design and Develop National Training and Performance support activities ensuring that these activities lead to on the job performance outcomes.
Salary £50,000 plus excellent benefits package.
