Job Description

HR Staff Search is currently seeking an additional Organisational Development professional for our client based in Manchester. A growing organisation currently embarking on a period of considerable strategic change they are seeking someone who can aid them through this period of transition. They are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the analysis and development and ongoing implementation of Organisational Development initiatives. This will include detailed analysis of existing processes and procedures and L&D offerings, with a view to addressing any improvements in process required, and delivering their resulting talent agenda. It is expected that a proportion of your time will be spent developing and delivering management development and leadership training and coaching. If you can offer proven skills in an Organisational Development role, or alternatively are currently in a Learning and Development role and want to move into OD then this is the opportunity for you.
