Talent Manager (6 months) / Merseyside
Talent Management expert urgently required to create and deliver a complete talent pipeline strategy to a large public sector organisation. As part of this exciting role, you will be tasked with the delivery of a strategic framework for the attraction, retention and development of individuals, setting up a graduate development programme as well as creating and forging links with businesses, external suppliers and academic institutions. Working against a backdrop of change, you will create and deliver a structured approach for the organisation regarding career and management development whilst coming up with new and interesting solutions in these key areas.
Working alongside the existing HR team you will ideally be CIPD qualified and have expert knowledge of recruitment, L&D and succession planning processes, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in this field and show a clear understanding of formulating organisational strategy aligned to vision and values. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Public sector experience would be an advantage.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious and highly professional organisation for a period of 6 months initially. The role will involve some UK travel.
