Job Description
HR Staff Search is currently seeking a Learning and Development professional to join their clients team based on the north side of Warrington. This is a new role, and is a key part of the organisations key strategy moving forward. They are a growing organisation that specialises in the delivery of key services to the general public. They have a culture of enablement and ongoing improvement.
As part of their ongoing UK expansion plans, they are now looking for someone to establish and grow their Learning and Development function for this location in Warrington as well as a new one to open in Manchester in 2009. Working closely with senior management, you will take responsibility for the TNA across the business at all levels, and the development and delivery of training that will allow the organisation to meet all of their outlined objectives. This will include the provision of induction training, as well as ongoing career development training and personal development coaching as required.
You will also take responsibility for the evaluation of learning and development initiatives and will be expected to refine deliverables depending on measured success.
