A leading international high service electronic distribution company is currently looking for a consultant to shape and develop the way training evolves with the forever changing business needs.

Partnering and consulting with managers throughout your account area, you will be identifying and discussing the training needs of the organisation and looking at how this is aligned to the overall strategy of each individual's team objectives. Rolling out this training and gaining valuable feedback on its success you will also measure the effectiveness of these plans and formulate and create the strategy for training for the next coming months.

Your role will have a focus on soft skills development, team building, coaching and management mentoring. Your objective in this role is to support and develop managers to in turn manage and mentor their own teams more effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management development, strategic planning and the credibility and flare to create and implement new training strategies with the managers to ensure company objectives are being met.

Drivers licence essential as you will be travelling 1-2 days per week throughout Britain.
