Learning & Development Co-ordinator – Oxford – up to £20,000 plus benefits – Ref 5738
This is a great opportunity working for a large Oxfordshire employer. The role of the Learning & Development Co-ordinator is to provide an L&D Development co-ordination service to managers and staff. In this role you will be developing and maintaining administration processes, practices and systems to ensure an effective and efficient service to both internal and external customer bases.
Some of the responsibilities include the logistics and administration for all training events; the maintenance of the relevant databases; and assistance with policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to GCSE level and computer literate, with excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Please note that previous experience of training co-ordination and the use of SAP is desirable.
