This incredible role for a Learning and Development Manager based near Oxfordshire requires national travel 2-3 days per week managing a team of 3 Regional Trainers. Due to extensive expansion plans within the company this position has the autonomy to really impact the business and the ideal candidate will be adept to influencing senior players. With a mixture of design and deliver within this role the candidate must be passionate and focussed in Learning and Development and be able to demonstrate a real flare for upskilling and gaining buy-in from clients. The salary for this role circa 60K + car + Benefits
