Head of Learning and Development Glasgow £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and benefits Our Client has 9,000 employees with 60 locations across the UK is going through a huge change programme and is therefore looking for a Senior Learning and Development Professional. Your key responsibilities as a Learning and Development specialist will include, design and implementation of learning materials, induction processes, management development, provision of a high quality Learning and Development service company wide, day to day advice on Learning and Development issues, coaching line managers on personal development and development of their teams and source external providers for the latest Learning and development initiatives. As Head of Learning and Development, you will have proven record of design and delivery in people development, good influencing skills, management experience, IIP accreditation experience and posses a good knowledge of commercial business.
