Here is a new opportunity for an exceptional HR professional with a strong focus on Executive Recruitment and Talent acquisition to join this International Manufacturing Organisation based in Sunbury.
Reporting to the HR Director and working as an integral part of the senior management team, the Head of Executive Recruitment & Talent will be tasked with building, driving and developing leading edge strategies around Executive EMEA Resourcing and Succession planning. Supporting a high performing culture and developing competency models you will be tasked with managing the Top 80 positions across the EMEA region.
You will partner with the Key Stakeholders to develop annual plans for development and executive recruitment. You will create competency models for key positions throughout the region and you will set a benchmark for managing internal and pipeline executive recruitment.
This role requires a strategically minded and commercially focused HR professional with technical and specialist knowledge of Talent Management, Executive Recruiting, Management development, Strategic Resourcing, Manpower & Succession planning and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a large multi national organisation, significant HR Generalist experience with a strong bias to Talent Management and executive recruiting. You will be degree educated and ideally an advanced business degree. There will be excellent career progression for this role with the opportunity to act as No 2 for the current HR Director.
