Job Description

Reporting in to the Learning and Development Manager you will support the whole retail division.
Your key responsibilities will be to:-
Influence key stakeholders to support development proposals and take accountability for realisation and implementation.
Work with Regional HR Managers to predict future development needs and drive further investigations.
Manage development interventions through the training cycle.
Liaisewith stakeholders to complete detailed training needs analysis and use clear processes to define development objectives and outcomes.
Manage external suppliers.
You must be prepared to travel. You should be of graduate calibre witha passion for training anda trackrecordoftraining design and delivery. Excellent influencing skills need to be combined with strong communication skills. Ideally you will have worked in a fast moving customer service focused environment.
