Job Description
A world leading Technology Business is looking for a full-time European Learning & Development Consultant to be located in the European HQ located in Uxbridge who will be reporting to the European L&D Director.
This creative EuropeanL & D role will be centred around instructual Design, measurement of effectiveness and Organisational change.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Define and identify the Skills elements required to support and drive the core competencies for each job role across the business.
2. Identify, design and develop Skills based training and learning interventions that will compliment and enhance a modular curriculum for each job role.
3. Indentify and manage external Partners capable of developing world-class L&D Skills, training and learning modules.
4. Responsible for the allocation of budget for Skills based training and learning activities.
5. Provide and manage budget planning information for Skills training and learning elements within the scope of the overall L&D budget.
6. Work closely with Business Unit stakeholders, HR, and NSO's to plan and map the Skills modules and interventions with the competency requ
You will be able to have Solid experience of working with every stage of Learning & Development including instructual design.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Skills based learning modules and interventions.
Experience of working across Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Service & Support environments in a high technology B2B organisation.
Capable of building Skills training and learning modules that can be integrated into a coherent L&D Curriculum across business functions.
An understanding of the Copier, Printer, MFP, Document Solutions business highly regarded.
Understanding of a post Oracle-implementation environment desirable.
Preferably degree with business/learning qualifications.
Experience of working in an L&D team environment.
