Working closely with the Human Resources team and the Store Management team, you will ensure that the Store has in place a realistic and workable succession plan and that learning and development activities are planned and delivered in order to achieve this.
Ideally from a retail background, you will have a good understanding of a variety of learning techniques and their impact on business performance. You will have experience of managing the whole training cycle with a particular focus on training needs analysis and design
