This well established Health Service Provider has an immediate requirement for a Head of Learning & Development to join their London operation. As a market leader in their respective field, this Health Service Provider have been recognised for the delivery of excellence in everything they do, and resultantly need an experienced Head of Learning & Development to deliver effective Learning & Development Services back to the organisation. Working with the Group HR Director and leading the Learning & Development team, you will hold responsibility for best practice L&D Services offering for the group. In what will be a client facing role, you will Lead the business in the delivery of a Learning & Development strategy, ensuring all client groupings at all levels have the sufficient level of material required. Of a Learning & Development background, you will have experience in the full life cycle of learning & Development, matched with a strong portfolio in creative training & learning solutions. .
