This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Learning and Development Manager to join a global energy organisation who are a world leader in their sector. The right candidate will have experience of driving a learning and development strategy and providing effective leadership for a learning and development team. Key responsibilities will be focused on: -Performance management -Graduate development programme -Learning and development policy and processes -Training and development across all business units -Culture development and acting as change agent -Succession planning and talent development -Supervision of the Learning and Development team The ideal candidate for this role would be CIPD qualified with experience in strategic HR. An industrial background would be preferred but candidates from all sectors will be considered. As a learning and development manager you will be able to innovate and have a track record in improving performance and implementing learning solutions. You will be able to adopt a hand on approach but also capable of influencing at the highest level .
