The purpose of the Group Training Coordinator is to take responsibility for identifying and arranging all training needs within the business.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Process all staff development requests in line with the business
•Liaise with Senior Management and employees to arrange and advice on training
•Carry out training needs analysis
•Update training records
•Respond to and follow-up on all training queries
•Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programmes
•Develop training and competency assessment plans
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop their Training career in a role with a strategic focus.
Successful candidates must be confident in working with Excel as part of the role will be to develop a database to coordinate all Training information.
