Our client is currently seeking a L+D Lead to join them on a 6-12 month assignment.
The main purpose of this role is to Co-drive and manage learning and development strategy and provision, including development, core skills, bespoke projects and functional training.
Main Responsibilities:-
*Identify business needs to formulate and implement strategy to meet these needs and support business growth.
*Work with HR Business Partners to determine L+D provision, including formation and implementation of annual business plan and bespoke needs as they arise during the year.
*Effectively manage the L+D department.
*Manage quality of L+D provision, ensuring it remains at the cutting edge, benchmarking with other relevant companies.
*Manage department budgets
*Support and lead as appropriate, organisational development projects
*Work as part of senior HR team.
