Excellent opportunity for a Training professional to develop their career, working for a market leading business based in Surrey The purpose of the Training Advisor role is to contribute to the Training design and delivery of the business. Key Responsibilities: -Hold regular account management meetings with identified contact/s within business areas of responsibility to review and manage learning and development activity -Provide ongoing advice and guidance to the business and HR on learning and development activity -Work with business areas to deliver solutions to meet identified business and individual needs -Ensure employee Induction, including supporting material, is effective across area of responsibility -Support and contribute to the annual training needs analysis for areas of responsibility -Manage the Trainer/Supplier relationship for key areas of course delivery within area of responsibility -Explore and develop learning and development solutions and suppliers to meet changing business and individual needs -Manage projects to achieve continuous improvement in key areas as identified -Develop and maintain the Learning and Development brand, encompassing course materials and other learning materials -Maintain the Learning and Development Intranet site as a good source of up to date information and guidance -Provide support on leadership and talent management activity Key Accountability and Deliverables: -To provide value adding advice and guidance to the business and HR on Learning and Development activity and opportunity within the company -To contribute to the design and delivery of cost effective learning and development solutions for the business and maximise value from the budget -To ensure a professional, accurate and customer focused service is provided in the identification of needs and the delivery of learning and development solutions to meet individual and business needs. -To further develop and operate effective and efficient reporting and training administration systems and processes Successful candidates must be able to display a desire to develop their Learning & Development career.
