Learning and Development Manager My client who is a global business are looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Manager to ensure that the company maximises the potential of all employees through development and implementation of a Talent Development Strategy. The Learning and Development Manager will lead and manage the team across the UK to ensure quality training and cost effective learning is developed and delivered. You will network through the business and continue to build and develop working relationships to strengthen the operation and performance of the teams as well as external suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare, implement and control the annual learning and development budget Lead on the review and development of the corporate induction programme ensuring the needs of new starters and the business are met Together with key personnel, lead on the review and development of the company's performance management processes which are driven from the company's vision and values Lead and develop cost effective solutions that maximises the use of technology Develop effective evaluation methods for all training and learning delivered Effective management of the learning and development budget Learning and Development Metrics developed External inspections successfully supported Learning and development practices and policies developed Qualifications Educated to degree level, preferably a Management qualification and/or CIPD or similar training qualification.
