Our client, a market leader in their industry, is looking for a Learning Specialist to work in the Management Development Team. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners to identify learning priorities and will take responsibility for sourcing and coordinating the annual training demands in the field. You will also be involved in ad hoc project work.
Acting as the first point of contact for the Leadership Development team, you will work closely with the Leadership Development Manager to support staff in UK & Ireland. There will be some travel as and when required.
A successful candidate will have proven experience working in a Learning & Development support role. With excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong organisational skills, you will have experience of coordinating training, identifying training needs and evaluating the impact of training.
