Excellent opportunity for a Learning & Development professional who is looking to develop their career within Organisational Development.
Working for an international business the purpose of the role is to support the implementation of a new Learning Management System and E-Learning programme across the EMEA regions.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Research, design, deliver & evaluate training within the business
•Participate in the design and delivery of bespoke business training
•Take responsibility for the design and delivery of all Microsoft related training within EMEA
•Work as part of the project management team launching the new systems
•Work closely with the North American team implementing systems
•Work directly with departmental heads to create customised e-learning programmes
•Proactively promote the OD function and work as a true business partner.
•Any other project work as required.
Successful candidates must have knowledge of Organisational Development and an understanding of the learning cycle, learning styles and the training cycle.
Experience of rolling out new systems will be a distinct advantage as well as experience of working across EMEA.
Candidates must be prepared to travel internationally once a month.
