The purpose of the Training Advisor is to contribute to the Training design and delivery of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to monthly reports on the Learning & Development function
- Provide advice to to the business on the Learning & Development function
- With line managers conduct training needs analysis for employees
- Manage 3rd party relationships
- Review and develop Training materials
- Deliver training within the business
