As the Learning and development lead for this interim role you will manage the UK education plans, ensuring the education materials are developed and deployed to the relevant audiences effectively in support of the project deliverables.
This role is parted of a larger global change team focused on change, communications and education.
You will have direct responsibility for managing the team and will define the , develop and deploy the education programme to the UK & US.
Key experience of delivering large scale ERP education programmes, preferably within an outsourced HR transformation arena will be useful/
