A Sunday times top 100 companies to work for is currently seeking an expert to work within Learning and Development. This growing global marketing services organisation is seeking your expertise to grow and shape their learning programmes for their UK operations.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will support the delivery of training and development for UK and Ireland based employees. With a 70% delivery focus to the role you will be building relationships and be first point of call for new joiners, inducting them into the business and being part of their first experience within the settle in process.
Preparing training materials for courses, managing the development calendar, provide monthly reporting statistics and managing the mentoring programme will keep you extremely busy in this buzzing and vibrant company. You will also liaise with and research internal and external trainers along with having the opportunity to participate in UK and Global development projects.
The ideal candidate will be passionate and credible and will have experience in the design and stand up delivery of a variety of soft skills training courses. Personally you will be highly customer focused, self-motivated and pro-active and able to work on own initiative. You will have confidence and energy in presenting as well as a high degree of pragmatism and integrity.
