A leading Retail Giant are seeking a Learning and Development Manager with strong proven experience within Training & Development, and be instrumental in driving a successful service culture.
This new and exciting opportunity sees the Learning and development Manager’s responsibilities include all aspects of training & development with the brand including, Induction, management development, appraisal, store training schedule and employment law.
The Learning and development manager will also be required to facilitate the identification of learning and development needs within the brand and implement training innovations, mentor and coach senior managers on their leadership and behavioural skills.
As well as being a team player, the successful candidate will also be results driven, a creative thinker and possess excellent presentation skills. Previous experience in retail is essential and will ideally hold a CIPD qualified.
