Job Description

Reporting to the UK HR Director, this role is responsible for the design, development and management of effective learning solutions and programmes across the UK. Principal Accountabilities Management Development and Leadership Development. Integrate talent management processes including identification of performance needs and learning solutions. Support high potential employees through career planning and personal development programmes. Design and delivery of divisional development programmes to senior leadership level Ensure the capture of skills development and accurate training records through the integration of learning management database tools across the business. This position will consist of some travel to Liverpool, though this is only thought to be a few days per month. Successful applicants will be CIPD qualified or hold a relevant training qualification. Any experience of working within a Manufacturing or Industrial environment would be an advantage. In return our client are offering a salary of up to £42,000 plus bonus and pool car as and when travel is required.
