An international engineering organisation is looking for a HR Manager to support its UK Business. Based in Leamington Spa, the UK office currently has a team of 50 staff.
Working within a high performance culture, this position requires an experienced HR practitioner to facilitate and ensure that all HR practices are employee-oriented. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing a highly talented workforce, which will require you on occasion to look overseas for new talent. Reporting to the HR Director, you will have day to day management of the HR area, which will include providing the management team with ongoing support on all HR issues and the administration of all policies, procedures and programs. You will also take responsibility for HR information systems, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, and have experience of working in a high performance culture. You will be a strong relationship builder and an excellent communicator. You will be competent in developing high performers, and have the ability and attitude to work in a flexible manner to deliver the needs of the business.
This role will also require occasional overseas travel to Europe and once a year to the USA.
