Our client, one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced learning and development professional. This is a key role whereby the post holder will have key working relationships with HR, Operations, Medical Directors, Directorate Managers, Matrons, as well as the Strategic Health Authority, Deanery, Director and Deputy Director of Nursing. You will take responsibility for the Trust-wide education and learning strategy, and will embed the vision across our multi disciplined workforce You will work in partnership with clinicians, senior management and external suppliers to deliver the highest standards of staff development and professional education. Whether you have gained your experience in a Senior HR/Training role, or you are a clinician or senior nurse with an enviable track record in staff development, if you are as committed to empowering people to exceed expectations as we are, this could be the role for you.
