HR Advisor – Payroll – Oxford – up to £27,000 plus benefits – Ref 5561
We are now looking for a payroll Administrator/Manager to specialise in payroll, for our client who is a forward thinking leader in the construction industry. The purpose of the role is to provide a full and accurate world-class payroll service to the company. Your responsibilities will include:
•Time processing and recording
•Processing payroll transactions, updates and termination / redundancy payments
•The provision of specialist advice to the HR team on PAYE and NI
•Establish and maintain effective communication with all employees including the resolution of issues
•Resolution of account reconciliation and other related payroll duties
The successful candidate will typically have an IPP qualification and SAP payroll knowledge, and have weekly payroll experience (ideally in a multi-site organisation).
