Job Description

HR Advisor Payroll, Rewards & Expenses – Oxford – up to £19,000 plus benefits – Ref 5735

We have now registered a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to aid in the provision of a full and accurate payroll service including the processing, payment and accounting of all elements of fixed and variable payments to all employees.

Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining effective communication with all employees on payroll related issues; accurate record keeping; the co-ordination of all payroll related post; and maintenance of employee records.

To be successful you will have knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Excel with excellent attention to detail and a high customer focus. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work to timescales. Please note that previous experience of SAP would also be desirable.
