The Background
This leading technology outsourcing organisation with an enviable reputation within their market is currently seeking to recruit a HR & Payroll Support Consultant to support clients with HR & Payroll Systems queries following the implementation of their HR & Payroll Systems.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR & Payroll Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for responding to client systems related calls and responding to any escalated issues. You will provide advice and guidance to clients experiencing any teething problems on the new system and ensure than the client is receiving the overall benefit of the system. You will prepare and help develop training and consultancy documentation for Field Consultants, assisting them and providing support on any client help related issues. You will assist in the compilation of helpdesk related management information as and when required and support in the process of tender responses, if required.
Opportunity may arise for support on transformation lifecycles where you are offering a functional client facing service.
The Professional
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in providing HR/Payroll systems support to an organisation or business area. You will have good IT/Microsoft Access & Excel skills with the ability to problem solve and offer solutions within a customer-facing environment. You must have a basic understanding of the payroll function as you may be required to answer some day-to-day client queries. You will have an excellent attitude with great team skills with an enthusiasm for a challenging role.
