Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll & Systems HR manager who will lead the analysis and provision of data in order to generate a positive impact on both the business and HR team which will in turn lead to improvement in processes, digitisation and decision making via data bases.
You will provide detailed HR systems and payroll support that uses up to date tools, resources and eHR techniques and in addition be the global subject matter expert for OracleHR. Additionally you will collate and submit payroll data which is processes via a retained third party that also supports the provision of accurate and timely payroll services both within the UK and offshore
You should be CIPD qualified and be computer literate with extensive experience of Oracle and other HR systems. You will be as comfortable working in a team, displaying effective interpersonal skills, as under your own initiative. You should have strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy of information.
