Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator who is able to use their own initiative and be able to work in a team.
This candidate is to work collectively within a HR Service Centre with providing excellent service and will require the passion, energy and professionalism of excellent administrators that have a strong team ethos and a ‘can do' approach to operate within service level expectations.
 
Key Performance Indicators:
 
HR transactional services are delivered consistently within service level agreements and persistently
drive customer service excellence.

Accuracy of data processed and quality of HR service deliverables (e.g. procedural advice,
correspondence, reports) is widely recognised as first-class throughout the business. 

Individual and team ownership and accountability of work stream processes, tasks and deliverables are
consistently demonstrated and escalations and employee complaints are kept to minimum levels.
