You will be responsible for ensuring that there is a pipeline of candidates to fill all nationwide retail vacancies, c700 per annum, by developing the employer brand and using innovative attraction and selection methods. You will work closely with the senior Retail team setting the retail recruitment strategy which will be closely aligned to the Company recruitment and HR strategy. Always on the front foot you will make sure that you are proactive in providing solutions to recruitment needs nationwide.

It is essential that you have a background in retail or similar multisite service sector experience working in a matrix management structure. You will be a team player with ability to operate in teams of different disciplines with experience in developing the technical skills and competency of recruiters. You will be able to influence at all levels, be an experienced project manager, be experienced in the development of competency based selection materials and assessment centres and experienced in the use of personality profiling. Personally you will be an analytical thinking, good at developing others, with good attention to detail and commercial awareness.
