Working as an in-house recruiter for a fast moving customer centric international group your role will be to provide a full resourcing service to their retail part of the business.
You will be managing end to end recruitment activities from drafting job descriptions, posting adverts to interviewing and managing the offer process. You will play an important part in developing and implementing cost effective sourcing solutions that meet the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business. An important part of your role will be to develop and enhance the selection processes and partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Proactive, highly organised and with the ability to build strong working relationships, you will have experience in the full recruitment cycle, preferably in house or in an onsite, customer facing recruitment role. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation and make a difference.
