Our client, a public sector agency is seeking an experienced recruitment manager to lead their recruitment of project and programme managers on both a contract and permanent basis.
You will be expeienced in all areas of recruitment and comfortable liaising with senior stakholders. Public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
Your role as interim Recruitment Manager will involve:
• liaising and negotiating with agencies and direct hires
• Initial screening of candidates
Requirements:
• Articulate and impactful in written & verbal communication
• Experience of working in a cross functional environment
• Able to prioritize & organise a demanding workload § High level of consultative, negotiation, collaborative and project management skills
• You will have previous in house recruitment experience with a strong commercial and business knowledge.
