My client, a leading international technology company is looking to recruit a Recruiter for a period of 6 months. This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience within an exciting company and develop your own skills within a fantastic business. The role will involve proactively developing and maintaining productive candidate relationships, ensure vacancies are proactively shared with other consultants and worked efficiently, and share opportunities within the team to maximise performance and share best practice. In addition you will need to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual performance targets with attention to conversion ratios. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build productive working relationships with members of the business. This is an asap start so immediate availability is key
