My client, a leading multinational business is looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor for a 3 month contract initially. In this varied role you will manage the recruitment supplier base (temp/perm and contractor recruitment suppliers) to ensure that service level agreements and negotiations with external suppliers are always aimed at meeting the business needs by providing value for money in terms of standards, quality, efficiency, supplier performance and cost effectiveness. In addition, you will identify and deliver commercial benefit arising from those supplier relationships, and provide effective relationship management will all the line managers who have a resourcing requirement. You will also need to maintain weekly and monthly reports in terms of the recruitment activity for the business. The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of the recruitment process, show willingness and ability to work with the minimum of supervision and possess strong relationship building skills. This is an immediate requirement so availability to start work quickly is key.
