My client is an $80bn multinational business, a leader in the healthcare industry. Their international business has seen huge growth and their UK expansion plans are equally as exciting. To support this growth they are now looking to recruit a talented Recruitment Manager. This is a superb opportunity to really make your mark in an expanding business and establish and lead the recruitment function.
As Recruitment Manager you will be tasked with managing and leading a team and establishing recruitment strategy. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to display exemplary market knowledge and credibility with the senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate profile will include:
•Experience of working within both in-house and consultancy businesses in the Healthcare, Bio Technology or Pharmaceutical sectors.
•Proven ability of establishing recruitment and team strategy
•Ability to quickly build relationships and gain credibility with senior line managers within a number of business units as you help them anticipate and plan for the recruitment needs
•Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
