My client are looking to recruit a Resourcing Advisor to take responsibility for recruiting and consulting across all business disciplines, delivering first class account management, innovative recruitment solutions and project management to service the needs of the business Key responsibilities: Lead recruitment activity and deliver high quality candidates to the business Analyse manpower plans and identify gaps and issues Plan and manage recruitment campaigns and implement strategies for attracting diverse candidates Take control of the process for graduate and IP recruitment Collate and present metrics and data analysis to senior decision makers Deliver a fair and objective recruitment process that is proactive, efficient and cost effective Deliver recruitment skills training to line managers and drive compliance to the process Work in partnership with regional HR teams Manage ongoing relationship with external suppliers and measure supplier performance The ideal candidate profile will include: Specialist Recruitment Experience ideally gained within a multi-site Engineering / Construction background A proven track record in implementing creative recruitment solutions Strong Employment Law knowledge Strong Customer Service Focus Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV Hudson is a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions worldwide
