The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. Reporting into the Talent Management Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring all vacancies across head office, retail, distribution and manufacturing are resourced in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities include:
To ensure that robust recruitment process's are in place and to support and deliver key elements of the Recruitment strategy
- Designing best practice recruitment and selection process
- Preparing job descriptions and person specifications where required
- Developing creative recruitment solutions where dreams are experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
- Screening application forms and short listing applicants and Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
- Devising, implementing and running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, Assessment centres and careers events
- To work in conjunction with the Talent management Controller to ensure retention of employees by attracting a high calibre of candidates and ensuring they are processed effectively through the recruitment process
- Ensure that KPI's are in line with targets such as Cost per hire, Time to hire and Internal VS External appointments
- That your projects stays within budgeted costs , profitably, efficiently, timely and are effectively.
About You
- Good knowledge and experience of end to end recruitment process
- Experience of working in house in a similar role within Retail, Leisure or Hospitality
- Experience managing large volume employer branding and candidate attraction campaigns
- Direct approach to sourcing with a passion for attracting high calibre candidates
- Tenacious, Resilient and thrives working under pressure
- A decision maker who can get results
- Strategic thought process with a hands on approach
