The HR team plays a pivotal role in the development and realisation of the overall global employer brand. The team has undergone a restructure and there now exists a HR Manager opportunity focused on recruitment and development. 

 

The overall purpose of the role is to provide a professional HR generalist, recruitment and development service across all areas of the business to assist the firm in gaining maximum value from all of its employees.

 

On the recruitment side the focus will be:

 

• To provide cost-effective and timely recruitment programmes in order that vacancies are filled with high quality candidates
• To provide and coordinate training and development programmes which support the firms growth, profitability and change objectives.  This involves close working with the EMEA Training and Development function
• Support the development of the capability of line managers so they are able to effectively take part in selection processes and support the development of their staff
• Ensure the firm has comprehensive information on recruitment and development activities undertaken
• Network with managers and others throughout the firm to ensure effective work relationships are developed and that recruitment and development activities are understood by colleagues and are in line with their needs
• To support the Head of HR and/or consulting colleagues on agreed projects, including policy development initiatives, to secure good solutions to defined problems are reached within reasonable timescales

 

The role requires and experienced and professionally qualified HR professional, ideally with CIPD qualification.  Good generalist HR experience is critical, particularly in the areas of recruitment and development. SHL Qualification essential (Level A & B).
