The HR team plays a pivotal role in the development and realisation of the overall global employer brand. The team has undergone a restructure and there now exists a HR Manager opportunity focused on recruitment and development.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide a professional HR generalist, recruitment and development service across all areas of the business to assist the firm in gaining maximum value from all of its employees.
On the recruitment side the focus will be:
The role requires and experienced and professionally qualified HR professional, ideally with CIPD qualification. Good generalist HR experience is critical, particularly in the areas of recruitment and development. SHL Qualification essential (Level A & B).
