Leading subsidiary of a FTSE 100 providing of information and business solutions is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their busy team. Reporting to a Resourcing Director who sits within the HR team, this role is responsible for recruiting positions across disciplines up to £80,000 within Finance, IT and Operations. This is a delivery focused role where you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process but you will also be getting involved in more strategic projects such as branding, process improvement, coaching and development and other HR initiatives.
You MUST have previous in-house recruitment as this is essential to the client’s requirements. If you have also had agency experience then this would be helpful. This role is very client focussed so it is essential you are up to speed with employment legislation, process and procedure and have worked with candidate tracking and recruitment systems. It is a fast paced environment where autonomy and creativity is encouraged and long term there is definitely career progression with the organisation and wider group.
