Role:
A brand new role has been created to oversee the Recruitment including fee earner and trainee recruitment for the London office. In addition to having full responsibility for the recruitment, you will have additional generalist HR exposure. If you are looking to diversify your skill set beyond recruitment this could be an excellent opportunity for you. You will be responsible for fee-earner recruitment and ensuring all processes are carried out in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Principal accountabilities include: source, screen and assist interviewing junior fee-earners, organising interviews, coordinate recruitment advertising, responsible for recruitment and management of Paralegals throughout firm – liaising on requirements with partners, agencies and consultants, arrange and carry out exit interviews and provide support to the HR Manager in maintaining established networks and developing new relationships.
Experience:
Degree qualified with legal recruitment experience essential. You must have strong organisational skills and have the confidence to deal with people at all levels in the firm. Proactivity, enthusiasm and communication skills are critical.
