RECRUITMENT ADVISOR – To £40,000 PLUS BENEFITS
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with good recruitment experience to work for one of the UK's leading internet providers. Working within a great HR team within the Head Office function, you will be required to provide an efficient recruitment and resourcing service to the business with additional support from HR Administrators.
This is a highly visible Recruitment and Resourcing role and will suit an individual who relishes the service side of recruitment.
Main duties:
- Work closely with line managers to identify resourcing and recruitment needs
- Action and manage the recruitment and selection process via the internet or Recruitment Consultants
- Build strong relationships with recruitment providers
- Active involvement in the coordination of interviews, ability testing and personality profiling
- Coaching line managers in best practice recruitment and selection
- Schedule telephone and 1st and 2nd stage interviews where necessary and interview internal and external candidates with hiring Manager.
- Work with the HR Director to ensure an effective Company Induction programme is developed and implemented.
- Conduct the HR section of the Induction Program presenting a slot on HR policies and procedures.
- Provide additional support in areas such as diciplinaries and grievances, benefits advice and employee relations advise.
To be considered for this Recruitment Advisor position you must have experience of managing recruitment activities and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
